Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MiracleLuxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, MiracleLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
